The Fokker 50 is the latest aircraft in the Fokker family which has had a long history in Iceland. These aircrafts are spacious, fast, especially quiet, and are well-suited for passenger flights.

Dash 8

 

The DASH 8 aeroplanes from Bombardier have a number of characteristics
which have not been available on the Icelandic aviation market. They do not
need long runways and can, for instance, take off with a full load from
runways approximately 800 metres long, can withstand greater crosswinds
than comparable aircraft, can carry more freight and can also be
specifically configured to carry freight.
